Hello everyone

Please assist me in advising on the following:

If my conputer repair technician is uploading some software via a remote connection using TimeViewer can she copy files, folders and briefcases from my computer to hers without my approval.

First, I don't know what TeamViewer or TimeViewer is, but if you give this repair technician permission to have a remote connection, he/she can probably copy files and folders to his/her computer.

Yes, using Team Viewer, all files and folders can be accessed from the remote location. So, if you handle sensible data, you should consider a back-up. After creating the backup, you can remove it from you computer.
