OK, i don't use desktopX anymore & now i'm trying rocketdock.
can someone tell me how to move those 2 ("recycle bin" & "shortcut to speedy") to the dock so i can have a clean desktop.
i can move "recycle bin" to dock, but i can't delete the original shortcut
and i can move that "shortcut to speedy" (it's to connect to internet) to dock, but i got that error (attachment #2) when i click the dock shortcut

Take a look at
this post
for deleting the recycle bin
For the second one, just rightclick the dock and create a new shortcut, see if that works
