I have been on for ocer 45 minutes waiting for a technician for help!! does this always take so long??? Having second thoughts about the service.......

I've not used or needed to use GB service for my family for ages, back then it was a matter of 1-2 mins before being connected or even as fast as 5 seconds.. Nice to see the GB service getting used, but am sure if this continues you will decide whether to put/recruit more staff in order to cope with the demand or at least the peak times in each country.
