Hi

1. What are the differences between COMODO livePCsupport Platform and Service?
2. Are these products similar to RealVNC or do you need to register a username/password to use?

Thanks, Smiley

1. you install the service on the computer you want to access. the platform is for the tech, it allows the tech to access the computer that has the service installed.

2. you have to register so you can download the service and platform

I would have thought having one download would be better, selecting which option you required during install or maybe better set within the GUI.

Do you mean by registering on the forum to download each. So once you've installed (either) you don't need to setup any further accounts?

Btw, thanks for the reply Thumb Up.
