I've always wanted an alternative to Teamviewer - now I have it Smiley

I would request that mini application so that the user who needs help simply executes it and gives me ID and password (or something similar). It would be really great!

Hi,

We are going to have "Session invite" functionality. You will be able to generate an URL and to send it to the user who needs help. The user will download, install and launch the client application automatically, so you will be able to approach that user.

Sounds good Smiley
Do you know how big the file will be?

Ammyy Admin is approximately $1800.00 for a perpetual license (unlimited seats (I think)).

Hi,

I am very interested about this problem.
Please share some print screens with us.
Also, which is your system root path?

We are going to have "Session invite" functionality. You will be able to generate an URL and to send it to the user who needs help. The user will download, install and launch the client application automatically, so you will be able to approach that user.

The best thing in this scenario, its to have a portable version for 1 quick session support.

COMODO livePCsupport its actually to help inexperienced PC/software users in their troubleshooting.
With an client application that needs to be installed is quite annoying, since in some cases we even have to explain the user by phone how to download, install, etc. That could take a lot with this type of users.
At least thats what happened with Comodo Unite.

Wouldnt be better to have a portable version in the client side, so they can just download and execute at once?
Would save precious time and the "geekbuddy" can just address the attention to the problem immediately in only a couple of minutes.

LoginPro is the "Remote Access" product that is about to be launched.
LPS v4 is a "Remote Support" product (that has Remote access as part of it)

thanks for the clarification, one more question, is the remote access engine the same engine in both products.

I doubt it, since LogInPro is web-based.

they share some components...but LoginPro has more features/engines relating to "remote access" and LPS has more features/engines for "Remote support"..
