Hi,

Please send me the screen as private message. I can't see your support group id or your email address form the previews screen. Thanks.

We are going to change the current way of getting deliverables in the next build.

Hi,

Fixed!
The symbolic links for your deliverables were not succesfully created due to a defect on the livePCsupport Administration Console. It happens when the Support Group contains spaces (exactly your case).

As I said, we are going to change this, by adding only one numeric parameter at symbolik links. This will solve the browsers compatibility issues as well.

Go ahead and play with it! Thanks for your patience!

here is some feedback from the small amount of time i used this;

1. there really needs to be an option to change the screen size when connected to a client, the small screen is really annoying.

2. maybe change the interface. it didnt feel intuitive

3. when connected to the client, my system really seemed to slow down.

ill wait for a new build and really test it out and give some more feedback

1. you can drag an item from the session list and drop it out of the parent window.
2. improvments are on the pipes
3. the system running the clinet application or the system running the technician console?

tech consile. i also wanted to add that after installing the tech console the installer does not create a start menu shortcut. i dont use icons on my desktop i use an application launcher that scans the start menu for programs. so the lack of start menu shortcuts is really annoying. last thing, can the install directory be changed to install to the COMODO folder (in program files) instead of its own comodo security solutions folder ( i think this is the folder it created)

thanks

Thank you very much, I appreciate!
Unfortunately it's a known issue on our side, it happens with the email addresses which contains "-"s. We will definitely fix this.
Could you please try with another email address?
