I hope I'm in the correct area for help with LivePCsupport, as I haven't ever had to use this forum until now.

XP Home 32bit
COMODO Internet Security Premium
Product Version: 4.1.150349.920
Virus Sig Db Version: 5044
Inability to connect to LivePCsupport

I've had cause to contact support only once when the laptop was moving very slowly.  The operator took control & removed some programs and all seemed much improved.  I am fastidious about cleaning-up after prolonged periods online and generally finish a session by sweeping with COMODO System Cleaner.

Lately, loading webpages through DSL is about as slow as when I used Dial-up!  I have tried clicking the LivePCsupport icon and an intial grey screenshot pops up quickly followed by a couple of elongated red screenshot boxes which disappear before I have time to even read the wording but I do not connect to support.

This afternoon a box appeared which announced 'a connection could not be established' and no amount of pressing 'retry' made any difference.

So my question is, how can I re-establish connection for support in order that an operator can remotely try to fix whatever reason is for the slow reload?

I installed CIS Plus v5 tonight on a laptop and after much time configuring and rebooting several times I tried to connect with Live Support but got an error message saying it needed to be re-installed. Don't have the message copied unfortunately. So i tried to repair, but ended up uninstalling it, now I cannot find where to download and reinstall. The alternative removing CIS Plus and then reinstalling is not one I want to attempt if possible. Any advise please?

I have installed Comodo and GeekBuddy.

By default, both try to boot on Startup.

Comodo starts but GeekBuddy gets part way through booting and comes up with an error message:
"Error retrieving Font Size".

I have to OK this about 7 or 8 times before GeekBuddy resumes completion of boot up.

It also comes up once if I exit Geek Buddy.

- Your Operating System (and whether it's 32bit/64bit);
XP Pro 32 bit
- Security Software Installed;
Comodo Internet Security Pro 2011 and GeekBuddy
- How you produced the problem;
During Startup Booting of GeekBuddy
- How you tried to resolve the problem;
Tried with GeekBuddy buddies - several had a go but were unsuccessful
- Screen-shots with the error (if any);
As per above
- Post Memory Dumps on crash if you encounter any;
Sorry, I have no recollection, post memory!!!

admin; XP Pro, SP3 (32bit); CIS 3.14.130099.587 (firewall only; Proactive with Defense+)- that is the only Comodo's thing I need; Emsisoft - Mamutu Behavioural Blocker or Full EAM
Win 7 x64: Comodo Firewall 3.14; Emsisoft Anti-Malware

I'm glad that  "joining" suggestion helped
I'm not sure whether "another forum" ref.  was an answer from Comodo developers , but if that worked - that's most important
Cheers!
