Paint.NET. Loved the program. Unfortunately the text inside the photo was true. Yesterday my computer told me to wait (while it deleted the files of Paint.NET) and then it loaded.  When I started Paint.NET it said that a file was missing. Windows also deleted the setup files. At least I've now got the GIMP.
