Virtuemonde and Smithfraud help!!!

I am infected with Virtuemonde (Adware) and Smithfraud (Spyware), and I can't rid myself of them! I have tried Spybot - Search and Destroy (which found them), said it removed them, but didn't and Crawler's Spyware Terminator. If anyone can offer assistance please help!
What I am running:
Windows Vista Home Premium 32bit
Comodo Internet Security
Avast! Professional Edition (with P2P shield, Web Shield, Internet Shield enabled)
Spybot - S&D
Spyware Terminator

update it
Boot in safe mode > Complete Scan
