Program settings location (Spotify problem)

Just wondeirng if anyone can tell me where to find the program settings for internet access in Comodo. My Spotify account has stopped connecting properly and just sits in offline mode, and I'm not sure why.

Open the GUI, Firewall > Advanced > Network Security Policy.
