Network firewall not functioning properly

I have this message on my commodo that the network firewall is not functioning properly. I tried running the diagnostics and it says it found problems with the installation if you want to repair it can't. I tried uninstalling and installed again but the same problem. I use windows 7 32 bit. I've tried avast also but it said package broken and don't want to update.
