Comodo an Shattered Horizon crashes in fullscreen - help

The new multiplayer game Shattered Horizon and Comodo are not coming together here.
Win7 64bit
SH has complete access to the internet. When I start SH the intro movies work but right after that the screen goes black and the only thing I can do is a full reset.
This does not happen if I start SH in window mode.
Futuremark says its not their fault. Maybe Comodo has a problem with fullscreen and DX10.
Any help?
