stealth configuration on version 5.0

I have avast Av with firewall disabled, comodo have been good in the past so I decided after a few new version I'll try again but this new version take some getting use to. I need to know what configuration or setting are best, not to many popups, ask before allowing and remember my answer, and passing shields up with all post stealth. thanks for any and all responds in advance.
