Updating Firewall Without WMI

I have WMI disabled on my machine for security reasons, and have no other programs that require it, besides Comodo Firewall for updating. Is there any way I can check for updates without having to enable WMI? Would it be possible to display the current version on the firewall download page so its easier to check for new versions without having to enable WMI?

You could check the release topic of News / Announcements / Feedback - CIS. Notice that within two weeks of new release there may be one or two updates to squash some newly found bugs. That will be reflected only by a change of the sub number of the version number in the title. Or you could keep an eye at the release topic.

I do like the idea of having the version number on the download page though. Please consider adding that wish in Report Comodo Forum / Web Site Issues
