Yes, that' snormal.Traffic to ports 4447 and 4448 are related to the cloud facilities of CIS suite.

The cloud facility does an online look up when an unknown file get executed to see if it is a possible malware or a safe application.

When the file is neither one of them it will get processed by Comodo analysts who may then decide it to be a safe file. It will then be added to the cloud.

One more thing, Port 9421, 9422, 9423 appeared right after comodo firewall shutsdown because of some error.
