please help me with p2p

i loved the way comodo firewall defended attack to my system . but it also blocked the port used by bitcomet  for p2p an the program was therefore giving very slow performance.please help
i think firewall should be taught to recognise bittorrent cllients,so that  no configuration is required and quality of downloads not affected
