Hello

What about this behavior? - Happened during installation of Opera 9.62.
Any explication appreciated!

Msiexec.exe is a system file that gets called by installer program that use the Microsoft (MSI) installer udring the install of a program. I made it a safe file but I never really checked what it exactly does.

Cool to see another Opera user here..... Off-Topic!

The following should resolve your issue:

Select Defense+/Advanced/Computer Security Policy. 
Scroll down to Comodo Internet Security, select Edit/Protection Settings.
Interprocess memory Access (Active Yes) select Modify/Add/Running processes.
Scroll down to locate the application.  Click it and click "Select". 
Then just "Apply" to each window as you exit.

Thanks for the replies, and yes, Opera is definitely nice!
I understand that msiexec is the Windows Installer Service, just curious about why it would try to access the memory space of cmdagent; would this be of no relevance then?

The preconfigured exceptions in COMODO Internet Security/Protection Settings/Interprocess Memory Accesss are:
