Why CAVS 2 beta?

Hello,

I`m sorry, my english ist terrible ugly.

I take avast for my computer (W2K).
So far!
But now I want to change my antivirus program, and I think, CAVS is sweetly.

Why CAVS 2 is a beta? I am realy angry to install a beta-security-program.
If CAVS 3 is not comming for W2K (see the tears in my eyes! ), will CAVS 2 a alternative end-version or will I am a loser with my W2K-System?

Hi & welcome.

Well, CAVS 2 just never came out of beta. Still, it's stable and effective, for many users (whilst it's not possible to use for others) - so if it works, don't worry about the beta status.

I think support will not be given for CAVS 2 sometime in the future, as CAVS 3 has been established. Don't expect CAVS 2 to come out of beta.
