Hi Everyone,
Officially we do not support 64-bit for web based scanner as of now.
The last release may not work on 64-bit and you may get error 0011.

We are coming up with a newer version shortly to support 64-bit OS.

Thanks

Ah. Thanks for the update. Smiley That's good to know. I uninstalled and cleaned that folder so I am ready for the update.

Could you guys insted of blocking unsupported browsers, just come with a warning then have something like "go back" and "continue anyway" buttons, it will help unsupported browsers to check what they maybe can improve or maybe the unsupported browsers work anyways.

I met 2 issue by using WebScanner.
1. Unable to update the signature data base thru proxy server.
    Don't know reason why. Update screen halt.

2. Direct connection by dial-up, and can not finish the update.
   Question 2.1:  Althought the update was in progress, but everytime when it update to 3M, then 2nd channel updating start.
       It confuses me. why 2 channel update for full signature db?
   Question 2.2: updating db sige up to aournd 4M, then firewall said
      "dwwin.exe was allowed to be executed previously. However a New Parent Application, iexplorer.exe, is detected, and it could not be recognized. Once the application is executed, its parent will have the full control over its execution. If iexplorer.exe is one of your everyday applications, you can safely  allow this request."
          => allow this request
          => block this request
          ....

    Not matter select "Allow" or "Block" this request, update windows was disappeared. Then I can not complete this task. Therefore fail to do webscan.
