here are some suggestion for improving your Virus database integrate the Clamav virus database into Comodo Anti-Viruspyware http://www.clamav.net/mirrors.html or http://www.clamav.org/download/cvd/

also integrate the SpywareSignatures.com database to www.SpywareSignatures.com

Honestly that isn't possible and ill tell you why.  Because COMODO is infact a company, im sure they just can't take signatures from an established product.

Well i don't know, ClamAV is opensource isn't it, so actually you can use whatever you want of them, also the signatures?
I could be wrong since I don't know anything of copyrights etc.

Yes its open source, but I would think its different if COMODO uses it, because they aren't open source.
