So I heard CAVS3 is scheduled for release finally. Its the unofficial word though, but things seem to sound in check. So I hope its out before August.

Also, sorta off topic... Avast is pretty heavy on system resources, and it takes a lot of resources while running a on-demand scan, not to mention it IS one of the slowest on-demand scanners out there.

Sorry for being off topic Leoni, I had to say something though.  110 Percent

Lets stay on topic now. If anyone wants to debate Avast though do it in PMs.  Wink

It isn't smell so good all these delays. I hope it won't effect CAVS 3 launch date.

LOL, I don't think so. Website has always been a problem for as far as I know (see the official release of CFP3) Grin. Anyway it's annoying, it's the 24th here and still no sign-up box  Huh

It's isn't only the sign-up box... the new version of the AV online scanner didn't launch in time... and if they are having problems with the DB or something with the scanner engine (that will be in CAVS 3) so it means that something is wrong and we should expect more delays I'm afraid... Let's hope I'm wrong...

Uggh! What's this sticky mess on my keyboard?
Oh, it's drool! I fell asleep at the computer, waiting for the sign-up box to appear on the AntiVirus page.
That's the very thing--sticky keyboards--which the sign-up box was intended to avoid.

Lol - Sticky keyboards aren't good!

I suggest signing up to the google group email thing for the time being as it will let you know if ANY new releases.
