Great news! From what I've been hearing from other moderators. CIS really does sound ready for a public release!
The only thing I've heard that needs to be touched up on is the GUI and that shouldn't take long at all.

PS: If the product IS 100% ready for release tomorrow is their a specific time on which its ready to download from the servers?

This morning to my surprise I got the wornderful news that CIS could be coming out soon. Maybe even today. Just wonderful news. I know this is going to be the best Antivirus and Security Suite ever. COMODO rocks!!

Don't start the partying too early. I won't believe CIS is coming out until it's actually out.
Then I will party. If you party now, you will be too tired to party when it's actually here. Save your strength.
Perhaps instead of a email sign up, Comodo could have offered to cryogenically freeze people instead. They would be thawed out when CIS is released.

Don't party too hard !
The there is still plenty of work exploring for bugs that were missed, and fine tuning this beta release.
More beta testers does not guarantee that all bugs will be found but greatly improves the chances.
