To all those having problems updating Comodo firewall V3 with Vista (may also work with XP too - haven't tried it though).  I too got messages saying files could not be written / framework DLL errors etc.  I couldn't update, install, or un-install the version I stated with (3.21.Huh).  In desparation, I went looking for temporary files and found these: C:\Users\HuhHuh?\AppData\Roaming\Comodo\Firewall Pro\Data\ResFiles.  I decided to delete all the files in this folder (and those in the TempFiles folder too).

Voila!  Update now works.  Bounce
