I've had this problem for a while now with a few builds, anyway my problem is in more detail below.

My problem is I don't know if it happens in the latest version or not but has happened to me in previous builds, my problem is for example if I have freshly installed Windows XP and installed Comodo Firewall then installed a new internet connection ie. a NIC, now I know the NIC is installed correctly and working but the Firewall itself blocks the connection as in prevents any outgoing and incoming connections, even though the network connection is added to the Firewalls list for being fully accessible.

For me in order to get it to send any outgoing and incoming connections I have to actually physically uninstall Comodo firewall, then reinstall it.

Any ideas why it does this sort of behaviour?

Forgot one bit of information about the actual hardware:

ASUS P5N-E SLI (motherboard model)
Gigabit LAN featuring AI Net2 Marvell 88E1116 PHY
