Ive posted this question in Help for v3, No response lol... Anyway:

When a new update comes for CFP 3, and you have your Co-branded CFP installed, Will you need to co-brand again? What if auto updates don't work and you need to uninstall and reinstall new version?

Josh, have a look at 4 posts ago:

I have a question about Co-Branding Comoodo Firewall Pro and my question is: when the firewall is is updated will it still be Co-Branded or will it have to be reco-branded again and any ideas?

it wil still be branded

As far as if you manually uninstall and install CFP, that I don't know.  It would probably be dependent on a registry key(s) or files in one of the user profile directories.

Hi,
When you sign up for co-branded version at:
http://www.personalfirewall.comodo.com/co-branding.php

You get latest released version as co-branded. It's quite possible that a release is made and immediately after that if you sign up you may not get latest as co-branded, it takes us upto 24hrs time to ensure that latest version is being shipped as co-branded one.

As of now if you sign up for co-branded setups, you will get 3.0.24.368 version which is the latest.

Just to emphasize again, whenever a co-branded version is updated, it retains the co-branded nature of it and you always see 'Provided By' section remaining the same in GUI.

Thanks

I have tried MANY times to get this to work and I keep getting an error message of 866.  I have emailed co-branding[at]comodo.com a few times over the last couple of month sand still have not heard back from anyone. I am really interested in trying out this co-brand, but I can't get it to work.

Any info you can give will be great.  Thanks.
