But, how can I do this?

If I try to click on the "update" button inside the application, my machine is restarted. And, at CMF website, I see that only the 2.0.2.12 version is available.

How can I do this?

Thank you again for your help. Smiley

Interesting story! I had my machine restarted when i clicked to update for the first time, too. I was sure it was a power failure, but then i saw your post...

But the second time i pressed "update" just after machine was rebooted, it was ok and update done all the job. Strange...

Hello!

Really interesting case. Smiley

With me, in the majority of the times when I click on the "update" button the machine is restarted. I also have reported it on the "bug report" topic, and it seems to be a bug.

The restarts also occurs with me if I leave the option to automatically search for updates enabled.

But, someone know if is there some place where can we download the new version?  Bounce

Regards. Smiley

Umesh,

when checking for updates I started the first update process.

rebooted and did another check for update.

Reports that there are updates available, after download I get the error message "Unable to copy file: cmfupdat.exe"

Clicking "About" my version seems to be 2.0.4.20

I assume this is not normal?

Harry

I have the same problem,  Sad  but I'll wait till the new version appears on site  Smiler

Melih, when you say what you have said above, are you referring to Comodo Memory Firewall?

All the above features are new features available in the new version of CMF or are all features available through the usage of a set of Comodo Products?

If so, is there any place where we can find these changes?

Thank you. Smiley

P.S.: It is possible now to download the new version of CMF? If so, where can we download it? I see that many people have already made the download, but when I go to CMF download page, only the old version is available. So, where can we download it? Smiley

No harm would be done if the links will get updated on CMF page...

http://download.comodo.com/cmf/download/setups/CMF_Setup_2.0.4.20_XP_Vista_2k3_x32.exe

http://download.comodo.com/cmf/download/setups/CMF_Setup_2.0.4.20_XP_Vista_2k3_x64.exe

I also hope Vista license issues are really fixed...

Hi patrice58,
That red icon indicates that driver (cmgd.sys) is not active.
We just put that check to make user know in case CMF is really functioning or not.

Please check it out.

Thanks
