Miscellaneous>Settings>Automatically Detect New Private Networks.

Just a word of warning, if you're thinking of Disabling 'Automatically Detect New Private Networks', think again.

If you do, you or anyone who uses your PC (including LUA's) will be able to connect to a new LAN successfully, EVEN IF the new LAN is not already listed in 'Firewall>Network Zones'.

I just Disabled it thinking it would automaticaly block every new Wireless LAN I tried connecting to which wasn't listed at 'Firewall>Network Zones' (without Alerting me), I was wrong.

It didn't Alert me, but still, I successfuly connected to my neighbours Wireless Router and browsed the web.

Only my Home Network is listed in 'Firewall>Network Zones'.
