Activation and Updater while using domain user with local Admin rights

Currently (with version 2.3.6.81) it seems it is not possible to activate license or to update using a domain user with local administrator rights. You need to log in as a local user with local administrator rights. This is not convenient for those that log into a network. Is there a chance that there will be a change with this in future versions?
