One thing I've always wondered but never found an answer for - If I have Comodo Defence+ on and running well can I turn off Windows Defender? Don't they basically do the same thing?

Would love to turn off Defender because its usually a real CPU hog at boot for a few minutes.

If you know how to use Comodo Defense+ you don't need Defender.   Defender has a blocklist and gives you alerts when it sees something on that blocklist, Comodo D+ gives you alerts for suspicious activities.
