Are the forums the only place to get support for Comodo Backup?The official Comodo Support Centre can be found at
http://support.comodo.com. You will need to register (free of charge) before you can lodge a support ticket with them. Once registered, you can lodge a support ticket and track its progress through the support centre.
Please note, your login on these forums will not work on the support centre.
These forums are hosted and provided by Comodo and are pretty much run entirely by volunteers, although the developers and management staff at Comodo are very frequent participants. Most of the time, you'll be able to find an answer here, but serious issues/crashes/bugs really should be reported both here AND at the support centre.
