To uninstall CSE you need to run the uninstaller from an Admin account.

If you have incompletely uninstalled CSE, you may need to re-install it and then uninstall it again.

Please do not be tempted to uninstall manually unless you understand layered service provider technology.

Should you create a problem by manually uninstalling CSE, a widely available program called LSPfix may be able to repair the damage. (Use at own risk).
