This False Positive has been fixed.You can update to AV database 3022 of Comodo Internet Security Version 3.13.120417.573 and confirm it.

I have updated to 3022 and I no longer get the false positive.

Using SUPERAntiSpyware version 4.31.1000

OK, I removed it from the exclusions list and ran a scan and it ignores it now.
