srvany.exe is from the SDK package that MS provided with NT at least 8 years ago.  It is used in conjunction with instsrv.exe to allow any program to run as a service. 

I haven't used these files recently, but I keep them around "just in case".  I could not find an option for the virus scanner to ignore these.

Antivirus > Scanner Settings > Exclusions
