False Positive reporting - Heur.Suspicious[at]21929188

As per the instructions in the forum http://forums.comodo.com/false_positivenegative_reporting_is_this_a_malware_that_cis_hasnot_detected/how_to_report_false_positives_please_read_this_before_submitting-t44473.0.html, I tried uploading the .exe file via the submit page, but it wouldn't let me. I got a box that said "please upload file size greater than zero bytes".  However the file in question is 640 bytes, so I don't know why it didn't work.
