False positive on portableapps.com stuff

OS: Windows XP pro 32 bit all updates done
Comodo version: Latest
Program names: Portableapps updater, portableapps java, other portableapps.com programs

Issue: False positives.

I'm having a ton of FPs with my portableapps software, this seems to be due to a recent update though. Will be glad to do more testing on this next monday.
