Write in the title the program/file that is detected : smp.exe
Provide the name of the FP : UnclassifiedMalware[at]11216629
Provide a link to the site of the program :
http://smpav.sourceforge.net/
Provide the number of your CIS database : 1562

The reported FP has been fixed in DB 1572.
