users are shutting down comodo on there pcs?

Hi,

Is there a way of locking down a user from closing and changing any configuration settings made to endpoint?
Meanings any tcp or udp blocks The user cannot change any of the configuration settings like removing rules…

Right now all my uses can go into the comodo settings and change the rules on the workstations.This shouldn’t be possible.At an Admin standpoint it should be setup as default not users or workstation has access to the es configuration settings

Hi,

You can password protect the CES/CAS settings through the policy.

You can uncheck computer administrator and leave only ESM administrator password and fill in a password .
Apply the policy on the endpoints and once the policy is compliant try to modify the CES/CAS settings locally.
