I trying to deploy CES on 2 windows 7 64 bit pcs and i am getting the following crash error for the agent everytime i reboot the pc

In Services the Comodo ESM Agents seems to have started but in the event log the following is shown
The description for Event ID 0 from source CesmAgentService cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.
If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.
The following information was included with the event:
Service stopped
Already tried installing manually seems to be the same issue. Let me know if there is any more information you need for troubleshooting
