Hello,
i already have a Comodo Endpoint Security Manager v.2.1 SME Free 10-seats pack that will expire on 22 Feb 2014 (i checked it on https://accounts.comodo.com site)
Now i have installed an ESM 3.
Is there any way how to extend a validity of this free license pack for next year or not ?

Hello Petr,

Since your initial License Key is for Comodo Endpoint Security Manager v2.1, and this product no longer exists, renewal will not be possible.

The best thing to do in this case, would be to create another account, using a different email address, for Comodo Endpoint Security Manager v3 here: http://www.comodo.com/business-enterprise/cesm3/index_v2.php

To activate the new license key, simply go to View License (in the right upper corner of your ESM Console) and click on Change License.
