Antivirus engine is not initialized!

Using CIS 5.10.228257.2253 on WinXP....

When I try to update the Virus Database, Comodo returns the following message:
Update Failed. Antivirus engine is not initialized!

However, on the Summary page, my Antivirus status is green: Stateful.

When I run the Comodo diagnostics tool, I get:
The diagnostics utility did not find any problems with your installation.


What's going on?

It's possibly because there is already an AV DB update either hung-up or incomplete in the background. I recommend that you reboot & try again.
