Running Win7Pro SP1 x64.

When CCE scan complete, clicking <NEXT> causes CCE to crash (shut down). Windows applies its auto-fix but the issue persists. The Autoruns and KillSwitch modules are OK.

Anyone have/resolve this issue?

Thanks,

Monk

Hi HMonk,

Thank you for your feedback,
would you please post the dump file?
it should be at <cce folder>\Data\CCE\dumps

Hey Haibo,

Sorry for not getting back sooner. I decided to uninstall CCE for now. Like most, I'm sure, I have a number of AV/malware apps (Malwarebytes, SuperAntiSpyware, CIS, Spybot, SpywareBlaster, WinPatrol) running. Just wanted to give CCE a try.

CCE is portable so just download it again and reproduce the issue. Dump file is saved in CCE\Data\dumps and it will help a lot. Smiley

Dump directory is empty. I ran a scan and at 99% complete it progressed no further, i.e., froze. I assume the freeze prevented the dump file from being created - yes?

Here is the file from Windows event viewer application logs.
