Internet problems

I need help with configuring my firewall. I am currently in university and the wireless connection network is my only source for internet. For whatever reason my firewall keeps blocking the network connection and I don't know why. If someone could tell me how to configure my firewall so it allows the network connection but still continues to use the protection I would be most appreciative.

Make sure
Block fragmented IP Datagrams
is disabled.
When that does not help try the suggestions in
No network connection after using Stealth Ports Wizard (DHCP Broken)
.
