Can I download .CAV filese by download manager softwares?

Hi.
I am from Iran.
I have installed latest version of Free CIS 32 bit.
But it can not download large .CAV files.
for exam a file is 88MB after 15-20MB Comodo alert update failed.
It is several days downloading large .cav files from Iran become impossible!!
your virus database files are very large and download in Iran with slow internet is difficult.
can I download .cav files with download manager software and then install manually?
