So, I have CIS Firewall set to "Custom Policy Mode".  I get the normal popup when an app tries to access the internet, but when I press "allow", instead of allowing only the connection listed in the popup, it creates a rule that allows all access.

How do I make CIS create a rule that allows only the connection listed in the popup?
