Hey Unsure,
Do you have the most up-to-date version of BOClean and its database?
I ran mIRC, and it didn't alert me. Can you please attach a picture of what the BOClean message says?

MiRC is detected by CBO, yes.
If you've installed MiRC you will need to add it to CBO's "Excluder".
