revoke certificate through EPKI account

I can't collect the certificate. and the comodo technician told me cannot use chrome to apply and collect the certificate.

"To resolve this, you need to revoke your current certificate through your EPKI account and order a new certificate. While getting the certificate collection mail, please use IE or Firefox browser to collect the certificate." This is their suggestion.

But when I log in my EPKI account, the link "E-PKI Manager pages" could not be opened. HTTP 404 NOT FOUND error is reported.

How can I revoke the certificate? Can somebody tell me?

Welcome to the forums!
If you go to EPKI Manager and use 'Run reports on your orders'.
Select 'Run report', Find your order and click 'Details' and there is the 'Revoke' button.
