I installed the Pro version of secure mail and I have a free certificate.  I am in the process of testing - and I have an ordered/purchased email cert on the way.  Right now I am receiving a message that Microsoft Outlook had problems encrypting this message because the follwoing recipients had missing or invalid certificates or conflicting or unsupported capabiities.  My understanding is if the person doesn't have a cert installed they can be directed to the webreader on comodo's site.  I have the outlook encyrption turned off.  Any ideas?

I had to have my colleague install a certificate and then posted it to our GAL - how do you send the certificate privately?  also, I thought if you were encyrpting a message a user could go to the comodo site and didn't need a certificate to view they could use the reader.
