Can encrypt to correspondent, but not read encrypted message from same

Greetings,
I help out a non-profit medical clinic with their IT issues.  One of the providers has encryption problems with two collegues; she can encrypt to them but can't read any encrypted messages from them.  With everyone else in the organization, encryption works fine.  Everyone is using Outlook 2007 and has a Comodo free email certificate.  Any ideas?

It sounds like the user does not have the 'other peoples' certificate stored against the contact details in Outlooks address book.
