what is the use for lookup in my pending files,no matter what i have listed there(example,avira)it says unknown.whats the purpose of it if every file 9well known ones) are unknown?

Because it has been updated or modified in which Depending on which file you are talking about it may be different for every pc...
And so this is why sometimes it's a long line for comodo to review...
Patience is the key in this issue

ive had the setup file for threatfire(software been out a long time) on my pc for awhile now and just curious about the lookup option i looked it up and it says unknown,this file should already be with comodo shouldnt it?maybe im not understanding the lookup option part of CIS but it doesnt matter what i lookup or how old the file is it always says unknown?
