no predefines security policies into defense+ after reboot

hello, OS is windows 7 ultimate 64bit
i'm using comodo FW & defense+ 3.12 build 560
when i install comodo and decide not to reboot, i configure the firewall, i can see the predefines security policies into D+ but after reboot, the predef secur policies are completly empty. D+ is set to safe mode.
so when a D+ alert popups, i have no choice.
how can i fix that ?

it seems it's fixed when i reboot directly after install without trying to configure it before i reboot.
